I don't have one, but know someone that has been researching them as well :roll eyes: They have been looking at these https://silencerco.com/nfa-trust/ as this is a well respected company in the silencer business. It helps to have a trust with silencers as well as SBRs. I know in my AO a LGS will help you set one up, or if you like they can refer you to an attorney. Apparently it is not a hard thing to do, as a friend of mine just copied (and put in his name) a friends trust and had it approved. He has several SBRs and at least one silencer that I am aware of. There are a lot of sites online that has more info. Hope this helps.

I went to a Lawyer friend set mine up, and it was so simple stupid I was kicking myself in the butt for not starting one earlier. Back in 2007 when I was "researching" how to do a trust I found several different options. I found several downloadable versions on these here interwebs and proceeded to do so. The next was the copy and change name route. Last but not least was have a/your lawyer do it. All research led me to the same conclusion. Have a professional Lawyer do it for you. My lawyer is a dedicated Trust lawyer and informed me what and why the schedule A is. Will modify the trust for free in future and if ATF dosent like something in the trust... like a typo I had in my schedule A vs. my trust name he helped me take care of it free of charge (all trust holders not just me his "friend")
Its worth the less then $200.00 I paid and never had a single incident other then my own mistake... they typo. I have seen trusts set up for as little as $99.00 and as much as $300.00. My Lawyer dose the central Florida gun show circuit and sets your trust up at the gunshow.
