As a reloader I'm not sure what to think of this. In a time when I can't find the components I want and have to settle for what I can get a major company stops making bullets on certain things. I know it's so they can increase production of other bullets to meet "contracts" and huge orders. I can agree with stopping silliness like zombie ammo in special boxes for sure.
The hoarding thing along with/caused by the political gun grab is getting out of control. It has lasted much longer and is much worse than I would have ever thought. Hopefully they will get caught up and in 2014 will restart the production

Well, this is annoying. I'm going to have to start paying like $40 for a box of .243 Federals now.

My dad and I reload. Thankfully, we have we have 15-20 boxes of ammo for each of our main hunting rifles (.30-06 and .243). We also have the bullets, powder, and primers to replace what we shoot about 2 times. But that's it. I never thought I would feel "unprepared" with that kind of stockpile for our hunting rifles.

Thanks!! Still looks like a bunch of different calibers...and with all those big gov't contracts to fulfill...and maybe some new contracts for al-qaeda I mean syrian rebels what do people expect? (dripping with sarcasm on the last statement)
