It wasn't but a few short months ago that 7.62x39 was going for $375. a case AND selling fast and not easy to find.
Today it's under $300.
I remember an email from someone- "I just bought an AK but the plain 30 round mags are $30. each, do you have any suggestions?"
Today they are $15 or less.
The sorry slugs in district of criminals have said they weren't through.
I saw a lot of "well I want to go to such and such class but OMG they will shoot 200 rounds at that class so I'm not going" type of posts a few months back. I'm guessing their is still many an ammo tightwad that is out there chincing themselves on VALUABLE SKILLS because they would rather have a mound of ammo they'll never use instead of SKILL AT ARMS.
So in short, it's a good time to buy. Will things go lower? Dunno, probably. Be a hebrew and wait for the best possible price could end up back in the same cry baby "I don't have enough to train" position many were in a few months ago.
