If there was a real winner there would only be one rifle and this is probably from the same folks who couldnt decide between a 9 and 45 and created a 40 so they could please all their gun buddies and not draw any heat. Its inventions like this that allowed Glock to come in with new deal and rip apart the pistol world while other companies still try and redo the same ole thang even 25yrs later.

most ar's fropm rockriver are 90 to 120 day out. manufactoring issues. this is according to a memo our store recieved a couple of days ago. so if you want one be willing to wait

Uh.... Why? If you want a weapon that accepts AK mags, I'm thinking an AK might be the right answer, duh! If I want a .30 cal AR, I'd get one chambered in 7.62x51, ala AR-10 and clones. Some folks have too much free time to dream up stuff.

Not to mention the unnatural and disturbing aspects of the mating of the AK and AR species; that just ain't right.
