Here's an interesting way to restrict ammo sales.. I saw this in my local Walmart. If you see this in your local Walmart, then something's going on!!

More likely someone didn't have a key, or the person with a key has an agenda. The walmart where I buy ammo is governed by hippies and they sell me ammo at night many times after midnight. Walmart wants to make money anything done after that is an individuals choice. If it was all Walmarrd maybe I could believe something was up but I net it is just the one store.---------------
