Just got through shooting the new medieval brake from Troy on an Ar-15. Very soft recoil impulse and the gun lays very flat with very little movement. Brake is very rugged and is rated for glass strikes and defensive use as well. Did not feel any muzzle blast behind the gun. Overall a very nice unit and my favorite so far.
