Just ordered these from Ruger. Not sure if I have seen any threads dealing with this certain magazines........Anyone have any experience with these?

i was looking at them the other day, but didn't get around to ordering any. I need replacement for the cheep butler creek ones, I can't get them to work.Survival question. What do I need most, right now? -

I have put about 200 rounds thru mine with no problems YET. However 200 rds is not a whole lot for a great test.When an emergency is upon you the time for preparation has past.Comment

I've been looking for good high cap 10/22 mags for awhile. All the aftermarket ones are a joke. I did a Google search and found many places that had them cheaper than Ruger's site, but they were all back-ordered. Kudos to Ruger for identifying and meeting a true need.Comment

Ups dropped em off last night....although I have not had em to the range yet...I most say they are well constructed.....loaded them by hand was no major accomplishment....however not sure if I would want to do a box of 550 in a single outting by hand.....

Just got back from the range.....after a whole box of 550 Remingtons from the local wally world, I have to say I am impressed. Only had 1 misfire, however I might add my 17 year old had the misfire and it was him that loaded the magazine....so I cant say 100 percent that he didnt ding the round while loading it. Now all i gotta do is find a quick loader that will work on the magazines....after 550 rounds..my thumb is a tad bit sore.....

Over 500 rounds through 3 magazines - one failure to feed so far.
Great magazines - really opens up some possibilities with the 10/22.
All I can say is "It's about time!!!!!"

The thing I find with my Mini 14 is the 20 round magazine is right where my hand wants to be when I'm woodswalking. I would imagine the extended magazine for the 10/22 would be the same.
