I understand that this is a 20ga, but i believe that the 20 ga can play an important part in any firearms battery. Just not the first second or third purchase (imo). But i bought something simular for kid. It also is a back up shooter for 243 hunting rifle.
You could take this frame and buy a 44mag, 357 mag (which would shoot 38 and 9 mil with insert) a 50 caliber black powder, 223 and 410 ga.
Not the first purchase but not a bad one. I would hate to have a bunch of rounds and have nothing to shoot them, because of a broken firearm.
Just a little food for thought.
