      This video is making the rounds of many internet sites I visit. This is a dangerous thing to do. You MAY get away with it in a shotgun that's cylinder bore (no choke), but the forcing cone and the interior dimensions of the barrel are made for a quantity of shot in a wad cup, not a full diameter hard plastic casing.
      Try this - take a loaded shell and attempt to fit it into the muzzle. If it does not fit, then think about that travelling down the barrel at 1200 feet per second being pushed by 12,000+ pounds per square inch of force.
