I have a ruger 10/22 and a mossburg 500 shotgun - I was wondering what spare parts I should stock, just in case

May I add AR15 and Glock pistols to that request for spare parts to stock. Thanks

The glock I stock the old "parts update kits" from the gen 1, magazines and any springs
AR15 they make some real good pin/spring kits now that have about everything in them, mags and mag springs

The Glocks recoil springs need to be replaced on multiple models every 4-5 thousand rounds or the slide can crack by the ejection port. The springs are only $7.00 each also it is a good idea to get guide rods and mag rebuild kits. One more thing make sure you have gun oil and keep it oiled a dry gun will soon be a non working gun.

Glock, not sure. AR15, get a parts kits with springs and pins, o-rings, gas rings, firing pin, extractor, etc. Also, a spare bolt, and a spare BCG if you can afford it.

I agree. Pretty much, all the small parts. Whether they get old and weak or you simply lose a firing pin in the grass...those are always good to have stored somewhere.

              Springs and magazines especially.
