Call for ban of semi-auto's

Following the b.s. in Arizona, I was reading Bloomberg and one of the articles, written by a Jewish guy from New York, called for banning ALL semi-automatic weapons. That's kinda scary, especially when you use his definition. He described them as "any weapon that will automatically fire more than one shot without taking any action." That pretty much describes most double action revolvers. We're going to see a LOT of that kind of nonsense, written by people who really have NO clue about weapons.

Umm that is the definition of FULL AUTO, not semi auto, semi auto will ONLY fire ONE round before YOU have to do the next action. Which is release the trigger and re squeeze the trigger. :)

Fortunately, for us, there is little to no chance of any negative gun legislation getting passed in this political climate. I'm sure "they" would like to, but it would be political suicide. Needless to say, we still shouldn't be complacent about it, though.
