  • Review of Jarry D. Young's "Shipwrecked"

Being an avid fan of Jerry's short stories, I happened upon his novel, "Shipwrecked" on Amazon. It was written in 2002. While it still had a prepper orientation, it was quite different from the his more recent stories.

It follows a group of about 50 survivors on a deserted island following the sinking of their cruise ship. Of course, your main character, Silas, is our hero. The conflicts, challenges and interactions made the book hard to put down.

I found it to be cleverly written, interesting and thought provoking. Character development was, as always, done very well. Jerry has the ability to take you into the story and to hold your interest. Good job Jerry.

I also enjoyed Shipwreck, but bought it several years ago. Going to pick it up on Kindle also when I get a chance.
