What, where, how do you get whatever it takes to numb an area to remove a fish hook, suture a cut or perform simple emergency procedures.... I was fishing recently with my daughter, she hooked herself near her temple and eye. After a trip to the local emergency room we were back in action. The bill was $1060.00. OK. With the syringe of joy juice and a scalpel I could have done the same procedure for whatever the anesthesia cost. If we had been remote we would have really been in a mess.

Your in Texas... You could go to Mexico for lidocaine injectable. Or if you know a like-minded vet, 1% and 2% lidocaine is common items for them.

Serious pain management is the tough one to cover for those with the proper training... No matter what you do it will put you on the shady side of drug laws...

Yes, fixing the problem was not complicated but hurting my little girl was not something I wanted to do if there was another choice. There was, so we went to see the professionals. Really, the syringe of anesthetic was what I needed.

anbesol is up to 20% benzocaine it is certainly a option. There are also products sold for tatoo shops that numb the skin..
