It's funny they had to use mice when you could just talk to people and get the same non scientific answer LOL
In my case its an hour or 2 that I am forced to focus on nothing but what I am doing so as not hurt myself and to obtain my goal. I usually have no idea of my goal until I walk in and decide what I am doing. I don't really have set routines like many because I bore easily.
I find after that morning session I am more focused and have more energy to deal with the day and my BP stays steady along with my stress levelKnowledge is Power, Practiced Knowledge is Strength, Tested Knowledge is Confidence

Maybe that's why, in Iraq anyway, the gym was such a popular place. It was where I decided to get in shape again and I've kept it up even after I came home. The first 2 times I went, I didn't do anything and my marriage slowly fell apart but this time it's been repaired and better than ever.
Just sayin'

First that's great that you and the wife are doing well. Post deployment is tough. It was always tougher than the mission to me.Originally posted by flatlander View PostMaybe that's why, in Iraq anyway, the gym was such a popular place. When We were out it gave me a focus while sitting idle, allowed me to gain muscle and feel better about myself, allowed me to destress and playback clearly what had happened that day and gave me a focus to my stress and anger which there was no shortage of.
Glad ur back and wellKnowledge is Power, Practiced Knowledge is Strength, Tested Knowledge is Confidence
