I would start with some of this stuff, i used some similar stuff from Walmart was not really happy with it, but this looks a little more pomising.

I love it. The kid had no idea what just happened. Dont know if it would work on a moller.

Take Tom Loomis Field Dentistry class if you have the chance. We took it a few years ago and it was awesome.
