MRE electrolyte drinks have been tough to find. Many of our Search & Rescue customers have asked for a similar product and now we have one to take its place. These Qwik Sticks are now even being used in MRE full meals like the Sopakco Sure-Pak 12 case.
These are the "Sqwincher" brand, in a unique package called the "Qwik Stik." Each stick is a self contained packet that can be added to a bottle of water to make an instant sports drink full of necessary electrolytes.

Take a standard 20-ounce bottle of water, add the contents of one of these sticks, shake, and you have just made a 20-ounce bottle of sports drink -- as good as any leading brand you have tried!

The Sqwincher Lite Qwick-Sticks are just a bit pricey ... (but delicious and very satifying ... I'm totally hooked!).
BTW ... I have been getting mine from theepicenter.com (The Epicenter) ... See ALL food options ... (scroll WAY down).

I also just found two, other, similar brands ... SAME type packaging and ingredients ... AT MY GROCER ... next to Crystal Light.
I found that MY GROCER had MUCH cheaper varieties and ONE of them was also caffinated (yay).

One of my favorite Hydration recipies is to put one berry Sqwincher and one (2oz) Extra Strength 5-Hour Energy shot per 2L canteen. !!! ROCKS !!
