This is amazing. Of course there will be no skin gun in the PAW, so learning to treat and care for burns is essential.

This nurse knows her stuff and her videos are worth looking at.

The skin is the most important organ we have (my opinion). Without it we would die from bacteria, fungi and viruses. This "skin gun" sounds pretty amazing. I will have to do some research on this and see what other skin disorders this could be useful in. Of course, post SHTF we will be back to 19th century medicine without the proper storage of supplies.

    Thanks for this post.

P.S. The Patriot Nurse does have many vids that are worth viewing. But as with anything, take classes and practice. Medicine take practice just as most other things in life.

I hate burns. Patriot nurse is the bomb. She has so many vids and is to the point and her tips on what to prep for and priorities are exact. Plus her personality is great and let admit it, for a dismal subject of medicine, etc, she is pleasant on the eyes

FYI she is going through some hard trials right now guys, if you will, please go to her latest VID and send her some well wishes.
She truly has done ALOT to add to this prepper's level of preparedness. :)

Keep baking soda close by. Keep it in the fridge and it works better. Take what ever is burned and put it in the baking soda. I hear it works well for the ones that had to use it. Aloe works wonder's also.

Silver Sulfadine is a great product for burns. I know we used it frequently when I worked at the veterinary clinic - it was labeled for human use. DS got a small burn on his bum (backed into the stove) and I asked the Dr. for a 'scrip. He wrote me one without hesitation - and he wasn't even our regular doctor.
