Great video how-to on making a seer pot refrigerator from two clay flower pots. In the test they were able to drop the temperature in the center pot to 49 degrees F while outside temp was 97 degrees F! Worth watching.

Ahhhhh the power of chemistry and the properties of thermodynamics!!! This is an example of an endothermic reaction.
endothermic reaction occurs when the temperature of an isolated system decreases while the surroundings of a non-isolated system gains heat.

My friend has a insulin dependant son and a stock pile of viles but is conserned about power loss and a full ecomonic collapes and the effects it will have. I sent him the link to the video so he can keep the insulin cool in a SHTF situation for his son. Great find and the more info we have like this the better off we are all going to be. Also people print out the instructions on this and put it in a 3 ring binder to have the info if the SHTF because this is something simple that can be forgotten easybut be extremely useful.When an emergency is upon you the time for preparation has past.Comment
