How to make some damn good Strawberry Preserves

I got this recipe online and it coincides with some that I got from some meemaws and mawmaws over the last couple of years...matter of fact, its like my sources got their recipe from this lady.....

I didn't "follow the rules" completely and let me tell you this stuff is already gone...

Picked up the strawberries back in May from somewhere in VA at an old ladys farm down a long and scary dirt driveway....

I have included some pics, I guess I should have included one with me having a strawberry mustache wearing a smile....

The recipe really looks awesome and fantastic and i liked it because strawberries are my favorite and i do make the dish in which strawberry is included and same is the case with this recipe.
