Please Say a Prayer

No one here knows my brother David. He was my role model when I was young, and we used to hunt, fish, swim, camp, and hike together all the time (because he couldn't shake me no matter how hard he tried). He's a good born-again Christian man who is devoted to his wife and his church.

Now my brother is very ill. After being diagnosed with cancer and undergoing 5 rounds of chemo, he became so ill that he was unable to eat, drink, or walk. He's been in the hospital ICU for almost 2 weeks and is not responding well to treatments. Please say a prayer of healing for him. He's very special to me and I can't imagine what my life would have been, or would be, without him.

God listens and prayers are answered. My brother had a battery of tests to see if his cancer had spread to other areas of his body, and all came back negative. Doctors discovered his inability to eat and drink is due to pain from severe GERD as a result of chemo. He was able to walk unassisted about 40 ft. round-trip, which is the first he's been able to walk at all. He still has a long road ahead with radiation next, but I continue to pray for healing. Thank you.

UPDATE:
My brother was released today and will continue recovering at home. God hears our voices.
