Don't know about the most filling, but the ones the wife and I like are:

Beef Stroganof, Breakfast Skillet and the Scrambled eggs with ham and Bacon.
I've used the diced chicken in recipes and it's pretty good. Also used the diced ham (not on this list) with good success....goes well in pinto beans with some dehydrated onion.

The ones Jimmyc mentioned are some of the best sellers IME.

We have been experimenting with "stretching" some of these entrees as well.

For example: a #10 can of Rice and Chicken could be stretched further with some of your own rice added in- cook it first since the Mt. House is freeze dried it will be ready much quicker.

You could water a small amount of the Rice and chicken down big time, stretching it liberally, and get a rice and chicken soup. May need to add in some bouillion depending on how far you stretch it.

I still am of the mindset that where Mt. House shines is the quick fix part. With the shortage of "hands" to labor, to guard, to patrol, to chop wood, etc. that most all of us will have, their WILL be times when a quick meal is needed versus pulling someone off rotation, work, etc. for the added prep time of a from the basics (wheat, rice, beans) type meal.

We have yet to try a MH entree that we wouldn't eat again, although admittedly I've never tried the chicken stew.

          Update on inventory-

This "no map pricing" on select Mt. House items is for IN STOCK INVENTORY only. We would have to re-order at higher prices. So to keep you up to date on inventory of these on sale items-

Good stock still on: New Orleans Rice, Shrimp and Ham, Lasagna, Scrambled Eggs, Ham and peppers, Breakfast skillet and Beef stroganoff.

All others items from this sale- down to just 1 or 2 cases of each.
