So someone sent back to us an ACH helmet. They did NOT include ANY paperwork with the helmet, not even a note saying "this is from John Smith, 555-1212"
The return address is a pack and ship place, again no way to tell who the heck sent it.
I've spent hours trying to figure out who's order this was so we can properly credit it. No one matches the city and state.
I want to credit the guy but no way to do that because he did not include any info!!!
If your that guy, CALL me so we can verify it and credit you.
Everyone else- the lesson here is clear communications. Don't send something back blindly. Don't assume that you talked to someone who talks to hundreds a people a week that they might remember you exactly because you bought something. I'm afraid it doesn't work that way.
Make sure you always include NECESSARY INFORMATION when contacting a company, mailing something back, etc.
