    Yes, believe it or not 2 years or more later this BS is still going on.....

    No more mincing words. A 10pm call from one of their pissed off customers on a Saturday night??

    Derek Johnson DBA "jHr food storage" , "jHr digital" in Utah, operating as "Myfoodstorage.com" and per your own account various other online names and websites-

    This is the fourth call inside of a month received by JRH Enterprises in Georgia from people once again assuming we are you.

    A Mr. Matthew Haney is one of these four, he called tonight at 10pm EST. regarding a fraudulent charge by your company.

    He is YOUR customer not ours but called us like so many DOZENS UPON DOZENS of others over the last couple years have due to the similar name.

    I've addressed this problem with you multiple times, you have chosen to do nothing to rectify the situation and years later, we STILL field calls from upset and highly rude customers of yours who have not received product they ordered from you. And more recently, all these calls have revolved around FRAUDULENT CHARGES made by your company to people's credit cards.

      if it werent for the fact that you would be advertising for the clown you almost need to put a banner across the contact info section of your site that reads " WE ARE NOT MY FOODSTORAGE.COM" let him know that you will add a entire page detailing all the negative contact you have had with HIS customers.

        That thought of doing more has occurred to me. I've been very amicable with these folks over the YEARS this has been a problem for us.

        What's interesting is there site has this "we are Upfront" and when you click on the "upfront" BS it shows their contact info.

        So I cc'ed their contact email (shows as "info" in the copy of the email above) and it BOUNCED.

        So they basically hide their contact info and of course since their website is a different name than their DBA ('doing business as') name, people do a search and guess who comes up? My company. Then without any further thought or looking they call us up pissed off and combative for the mess "myfoodstorage.com' has made of their order- biggest complaints being 1. a month or more wait times, 2. no "free stove" i.e, free tchotchkee thrown in that evidently no one actually gets 3. now more recently it's been people that have had bogus charges on their cards from that place.

        When I spoke with Derek Johnson a few years ago I explained in detail how he could solve this problem, he did none of those things.

        I'm always leery of companies that hide their contact info.

        There site was down a few weeks ago when this last round of calls started, so I assumed they took off and left people holding the bag- unfortunately an all too common occurrence with these new companies no one has heard of. But as of my late night call last night, their site was back up.
