Guns and gear are cool, but bandages stop the bleeding!

ATTENTION: No trees or animals were harmed in any way in the sending of this message, but a large number of electrons were really ticked off!

That comes right from the FLIR literature. I'm not sure why it's worded that way. Probably because hunting laws vary from state to state????

I've had varmints.. get my ducks and chickens... friends of the family.

this tool looks like it would be helpful, very helpful in reducing the threat
by an evil doer to one of my friends...
hopefully, I worded that in a manner that was clearly communicated!

            ok.. I think I understand...
I shouldn't use it to shoot at a boar or deer that I wanted to eat (game)
but it would be alright to use it against an evil varmint that had ill will towards
            my friends.

Yes I think Lowdown is correct (as normal)... most states see "game" hunting as a "sport" and Thermal Imagining gives you an "non-sporting" advantage... Just as many states see 30 round mags as NON sporting too. But many states will allow thermal for problem animals like HOG and COYOTE during non "Game" Seasons.

Just a word of warning if your state allows N0n-sporting equipment for "PESTS" then be sure to check for time of year or Season restrictions... You DONT want to be found having "non-sporting" equipment during "season" because they assume you are "GAME" hunting.
