Just got an email from a guy saying he emailed me a question via the "contact us" form on the JRH site "a week ago" and did not get a reply.

We get these emails and I reply to every one of them, usually the SAME EXACT DAY, SOMETIMES WITHIN minutes but I was concerned there was a problem with the form. So I tested it and immediately got the email in my inbox

If anyone has a problem using that form please let me know, I haven't heard of any other problems.

Hey LD3 I use godaddy as well and had a few hinky things happen over the last couple months.. I even had a order that got archived,, no email sent to me about getting the order no nothing. I was about to call the guy a liar. I asked him to email me the confirmation email. Sure enough it was legit. I found it in my archived folder... Go figure
