I ordered something at the huge ag expo in our area... 5 days after it was supposed to arrive I called vendor... various excuses and then "sir, your xx will be going out tomorrow." it did go out the next day, but dang, I shouldn't have had to call and beg for something. they'd had my money for about 3 weeks.
