Hello, Just found this site the other day. LOVE IT. I cant stop reading. Hope to learn and maybe pass on a little info that I know (and its a little). I have only been doing my extended pantry for about 6 months now.

Howdy neighbor. I'm almost smack in the middle of Missouri myself. There are a couple of us here, although they seem to be keeping their heads down pretty well.
