Hello from Kentucky's Appalachian Highlands

Hello,

I'm very new to this type of forum, but I do hope to learn a lot and to possibly contibute something worthwhile. I'm interested in many things, among them gardening, herbs, and most prominently, a type of internal combat martial arts known as Baguazhang. I am currently a level one black sash.
