We have a home for my kids in Southern Ga that I have grid tied using homemade solar panels and a grid tie inverter purchased off ebay.
Our main residence is a completely off the grid home in Oklahoma. It is fully powered by solar and soon wind to help. We haul our water in and use a homemade composting potty. We use wood to heat and cook with along with a propane grill at the moment. We are still trying to finish our home in OK but we can liv there.
We do make short video for you tube friends to see what we are doing and how we do it. We also prepare (prep) and have enough food and water in our cabin for 3 months.
We are over the road team owner operator truckers so we mobile prep in our semi.
