Welcome, I spent a couple of years working for an oil electronics firm in Lafayette, used to play in your part of the bayou.

Always seemed to me that the folks in your neck of the woods already 'prepped' as part of their lifestyle. Seldom stopped at a friends place that there wasn't Beans 'n' Rice or BBQ going.
