My husband, myself and our 5 kiddos are from Texas and have enjoyed this site and what we've been able to learn so far! We have always had food storage but have now are truly in prepping mode. I'm learning to wax cheese, can and even started our meat rabbit farm. So exciting doing it on our own! Thanks to this sites founders! Haven't figured out who you are but I'm grateful for your willingness to help others! Everyone has great wisdom, thanks for sharing your pearls of wisdom!

Another welcome from Oklahoma. I read about waxing cheese and canning meat, etc. I would be interested to know where you found the cheese wax? I understand that is what you need to use, and I read about how to do it. Please do keep us informed; I would love to know how you are doing.
