  • Hey everyone

hey everyone just joined the site. Interested in prepping but with my current occupation can't do much of it. A little about myself im in the United States Army as a team leader in the infantry. On my third deployment at the moment in easter Afghanistan. My two prior tours were to Iraq. Recently married, originally from Maui Hawaii, stationed at schofield barracks on Oahu when im not in the stan. Lets see I've also been stationed in Germany, good times there. Hobbies are hunting, working out, drinking with army buddies, and hanging out with the wife. Can't think of anything else to say really but if anyone has any questions on small unit tactics, Mout, or convoy stuff i'd be more then willing to give my advice, not claiming to be the subject matter expert but I do have experience in those fields. Oh along with strong pointing a position( setting up a patrol base, strong point is the new cool word in the army now adays) and general common sense while in a combat situation that seems to be lacking sometimes.

oh and forgive me for my poor grammer and spelling I'm a stupid grunt.

really good to see that hanging out with you wife is on your list. Take care of yourself in the sand box. Got a lot of friends over there working as contractors. Don't know how it will be in the Islands if SHTF for real. You might want to look on the mainland for a place to live after you leave the military. If you decide to move to Texas let us know. You are always welcome in our part of the world. GB.
