  • Hi there, it should be a familiar Logon name...

to some, for others, a very brief intro.

Well thank you all, for the great Welcomes!!!! I am better than OP, I slept through the day, woke up @ 6:00 PM, just finished ~lunch~, that is a meal you do after breakfast????

It was what I call simple foods, when energy is low, like now (medical issues) So, bite sized kippered herring, mixed with enough Mayo (Lowfats concept, made with Olive oil) ate it using Pilot Bread Crackers, a main stay in my diet for their long life... was still hungry, so two glops of Adams PeaNut Butter, some more mayo, mixed in same small bowel as above, and finished off my crackers butter, A combination not for the faint of heart, but worked tonight as I did not move from my Lazy Boy once I aquired my herring.

Herring???? I learned to eat them in Mannheim, Germany, 70/71... seems to be a genetic thing, as I am of German blood, my Dad being the Only child Grand Pa & Grand Ma birthed in America!

Did some research on the family... Grand Ma claims Polish ancestry, while 7 kilometers away, where Grand Pa was living.... well on the Passenger Records, for immigration, he said German.... not claiming his native Polish Roots!!!!!

Hey Grand Pa, back then you came to America, being Polish was a good as being German!!!!
