Howdy from south central Texas

I thought I had already posted here. For those who don't know me, I keep the same handle on all my fora I am on, I a 55 year old widow who recently had to downsize living quarters and and still am in the process of learning how to prep in a limited space and yet have food and supplies for the 8 people on he ranch I am living on.

Learning lots of new things even though I gew up on a farm in Michigan and storing food was then just a way of life. Will be glad to share when I feel I can really add some information - I am rather shy and don't do a lot of 'me too' posts.

I am also the Queen of typos so please forgive me.
