New chicken mansion

No laying nests yet and the run isn't there, but the 'main house' is done! My old lady and I did the majority and didn't even have an argument much less get divorced! The kiddos pitched in too with some hammering, lumber hauling and measuring. This was a great family experience. L-I-V-I-N! Good times.

I started a rabbit condo today. I got it about 70% framed up. I'll post some pics when it gets finished. It should have five, good sized houses.

free is better. looking back i could have made mine not so "robust" but in the end ..it keeps them happy. we just dont let them roam the yard..but their "shed is 18x18 iirc...and thier pen/coop is 4ft by 4ft by 8ft long with hinged roof,,double doors etc..
