Trulia, the online real estate service, is trying to facilitate this uncomfortable conversation by providing buyers and renters a data visualization tool that maps the historical rate of wildfires, tornadoes, and hurricanes for a given zip code. Yesterday, they put the finishing touches on one of the most comprehensive sets of disaster maps available anywhere.
