Just saw the trailer for a new show that starts on March 7th called Doomsday Shelter on the discovery channel. I wonder if this show is going to be as bad as the doomsday prepper show.

That dude shot his door, blew it up with a non directional charge, hit it with the hooligan and sledge and did everything he KNEW it could take. All these survival shows are a nut wing conspiracy aimed at teaching folks how be overrun by the zombies and killed. Or perhaps, to stopped average folks from prepping by making those that do prep to appear stupid and insane in front of millions of people. People too embarrassed to prep will not be able to fight the powers that be. Like I said a major conspiracy!

Seriously, I'm already bored to death with Doomsday Preppers, don't think I can watch another one.

i saw the show.
It is a reality show based on the bunker builder. not really the prepper.
The preppers they show have tons of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, but are newbs.....ramon noodles...walmart can goods, rice left in the store bags on the shelf..

imho if you can drop 100-400K on a bunker,,,on firearms( that they show) and a range rover( new one) you can get some food ....


better show imho that doomsday preppers since they leave the crazies off teh show.

But like the other one...they already have people on their pushing a product.

If you don't have the money PERSONALLY, having your COMPANY buy it at business expense for business purposes is pretty smart... Of course, if it all goes down, it will become the shelter for the "company president..." LOL!

I was wondering what .308 or forbid a .50bmg round would do to that door? They also didn't even mention the gap in the door after the blast. Secondly, what if you wrapped a plastic bag around the air intake? Seems like a lot of people will know where it is. If I had that kind of money, I'd tell no one where it was, and build a nice old fashioned stone walled house on top of it. That way you could at least know what's going on outside up to the last minute.

Probably knows nothing about radiation protection, measuring, etc. yet "teaching a class."
