spaghetti squash?

first time growing it. i planted it a month ago but i also planted zuchinni right next to it in two seperate spots in the garden. Now i have huge squash mostly white with a green tint to it. im pretty sure its spaghetti squash because the zuchinni would be darker correct?

when do you know the spaghetti squash is ready to pick? learned the hard way on a couple cantelope this season and dont want to learn the hard way on spaghetti squash.

it will turn a pale to bright yellow color and the vine will start dying away. they can usually stay on the vine til frost... on the melons if picked too soon get a paper bag and poke a few holes in it , put melon in and let ripen
