    I figured out what to do with this

    I bolted it to a pipe that was in the ground near my shelter and ran the wire down the air vent. Sharpshooter extended the wiring cable for me and we hooked it to a 12v deep cycle to leave in there with a power invertor. That way we have a constantly charged battery for immediate power if needed for cell phone/laptop chargers or whatever.

    The solar charger seems to be a decent one

      That is a very good shelter you have. Be sure you get some ventilation out of the shelter, though. (2) 4 or 6" PVC pipe with some sort of rain cover should work very well.

        It actually has 2 vents, gotta get or make a new rain cover for one of them

          Ok put a old dog carrier in there because my ferocious man eating pug is an idiot and would load up with anyone or plain get lost if everything got wiped out and there might be times i cant watch him.
