I started buying these seeds from Amazon, not because of the name.
When I got the first ones in I noticed they said they were from Idaho, damn I thought, may not work well here in S. GA.
I've had nothing but luck with seeds from them and look for that name now when I'm buying seeds. Great winter garden last fall/winter in the greenhouse, great garden going now, all from seed from Survival Seeds. Tons of herbs going now also- Horehound, Yarrow, Chamomile, Self Heal, St. John's, Feverfew, etc. all from Survival Seeds also.
Noticed this bag showed up in Walmart garden center with their name on it a while back. I think the original price was $39. for 30 packets still was a decent deal but due to the poor placement of them at our Walmart, I knew they wouldn't sell and by that point I had plenty of seeds. I made a mental note and showed them to my wife and told her "when these go on clearance buy them if you see them at $20. or less." She brought some home today- $18.50
I'm thinking they might drop slightly further and if so will buy a few more. We will use them up in the next few years so shouldn't be an issue.
Might want to check your walmart for these, especially at that price!
