we use verizon for our cell phone..
once a month the electricity goes out... usually just a few minutes. occasionally longer..
our land line is horrible.. but we don't close it out because "what if" the verizon cell system went down.
but it never has.
until this morning.
we got an email that says--------------------------trying to copy and paste...town name changed to "county seat"

the above "repairs in progress" is not "checked" nor is the "service restored" at 7:44 a.m. they have not started working on it.
i went to the verizon website and found a map that showed outages... the map does not show our outage.
our land line phone works. poor reception with lots of static, but i successfully made a call out with it.
faith and trust and dependency on verizon (which i thought was the best!) is down...
