Provided payment processes without being declined, you would only receive an automated email from the online store, then an email with tracking info for your shipment when it ships. That's it.

If the payment method is declined, you'll be emailed once or twice outside of the above listed emails.

All food is plus actual shipping, the shipping on the 315 of wheat isn't cheap being 315+ lbs. and all. We don't do the marketing game of marking up the item 300% and then offering "free" shipping. That's a marketing gimmick- the shipping is built into the price already with those "deals."

I've sold storage food since 1989 (even before I started JRH), but I would advise buying locally if you can on the bulky heavy items like the wheat and packing yourself. This is why we made so many resources available on how to pack food properly. Yes I sell food but I just told you to buy it locally ;) Shipping costs is not something we can do anything about, they are what they are.

Now if you can't find it locally or don't want to fool with packing it yourself, then order it online. With us you will pay the actual UPS shipping costs- we do not mark up shipping. The cheapest UPS shipping on the 315 lbs. of wheat I've seen in the last couple of years was around $90.
Food is shipped from the factory so if your out west the shipping will be cheaper than going to the East coast.
