  • Some more of the S510 BS...

As an avid gardener I am outraged yet sad as an American.
You know what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like this?

Utter lunacy and unenforceable without adding a massive amount of bureaucracy and an agency to enforce.........A-HA!

I have ten acres and I fully intend to plant fruit trees, veggies, and maybe even keep a few yard-birds. In any form, especially given the economic stress we are all feeling, not to mention a time of huge food inflation right around the corner, this is beyond lunacy....it's almost criminal to even bring the subject up, let alone make it law.

Defuz, the problem is, if your local magistrate gets a burr under his tail. What then? Does he use the authority granted to him by congress under this law to go to your property, and give you such large fines to destroy your own financial security? Does he confiscate the land from you? As they confiscate vehicles and housing from drug dealers? Where will it stop? The scary thing is, the Georgia senator that is co-sponsoring this POS is a Republican and just won re-election!!!

Be scared my friend, be very scared!!

This has absolutly nothing to do with "safety". The idea is for the aristocracy in the district of criminals to monitor and control every single detail of our lives from birth to death. We are being farmed! Choosing what we do for work keeps us slaves from being in the streets in open revolt.

They legislate, we ignore. If they are ignorant enough not to ignore our ignoring them go to www.neitherpredatornorprey.com

Be scared but prepared. I have a small 600 square foot raised bed garden. It produces enough but because I am in a rental house, I cant really do what i would like to. Plus I havent been able to get the soil how I want it, also it has sun all day. I will not quit gardening because of a law. As a youngster, I did many a deeds that were illegal so I will keep my garden if this passes, but cautiously. It is sad that Big gov. and Big Business are about to rip one of the very things that we still have from the old days. Its nice to be able to go pluck a mater or some squash for dinner without paying or driving to the store.
I am hoping and praying that this does not pass because a revolution will be in the works....in a sense.

It won't stop my plans to garden. Just have to hope the local magistrate/unnecessary & ridiculous new govt agency doesn't target me.
