A week or so ago I heard him tell the viewers that he had bought a years supply and how it made him feel. He said if nothing happened everyone could make fun of him.

At the very minimum he is going to save on his grocery bill because he bought ahead of inflation

I don't think its dumb at all

          Definitely not dumb.

I think he has an LTS food advertiser, look for marketing geared towards that.
Boris- "He's famous, has picture on three dollar bill!"

Rocky- "Wow! I've never even seen a three dollar bill!"

Boris- "Is it my fault you're poor?"

he's a multi.multi millionair, A yrs worth of food means nothing to him even if he paid 10 dollars for pound of coffee. He's doing whatever it takes to keep people nervious and their eyes on his show.

I'm watching him for a few minutes now and he looks like he's going off his rocker, something about praying for the secrete service, pray for our president.

I agree, not a dumb thing at all. I do what I can, I can't just go buy a years worth of food but a little bit at a time and I'll get there. Beck does come off a bit out there some times but he is doing a good thing making people think, if nothing else.

Well I watched the portion of his show where he talked specifically about being prepared. Food Storage. I didn't see a commercial about LTS, he did have a couple of websites at the end of the show:

                        asamom.org
                        912superseniors.org
                        thesurvivalmom.com

I can certainly understand why some people might think he's all about ratings and entertaining but on the other hand he is pointing out things that we all have been discussing on here. Inflation, food prices, oil prices..etc. Granted me may be a multi-multi-millionaire (good for him, I don't want his money taken from him and given to me, nor do I begrudge him for having millions if indeed he does) so it may not affect him like it would the rest of us to buy a years food. He is hopefully waking some people up so there might be a few less zombies knocking on our doors. We cannot become divided because someone makes more money than we do, thats called envy and it is a sin.

Well said, we can't let things easily divide us, that's exactly what they want.

why do you think is ratings are so high?

Its not because people can be fooled by anything that comes along.

Its because Beck is telling us everything that we have felt for so long but we thought we were the only ones that were thinking that way
