  • What! DOJ gives $million$ to Sanctuary Cities!

It was on the news today that DOJ is giving millions to sanctuary cities to support illegals! Taxpayers are soaked for millions to provide an ineffective border security that can't stop millions of illegals from walking into this country! At the same time DOJ is giving taxpayer's millions to sanctuary cities to attract more illegals! DOJ sues Arizona for attempting to stop illegals, but gives taxpayer's millions to bring more across? Is this insanity, incompetence, or treason? Somebody needs to be tried for treason!

Treason. I would like to "talk" to whoever made that decision.

I'm just waiting for someone to pop some left-wing politician, all heck is going to break loose. But my question is where is the line between patriotism and murder? Right now I think it would still be murder, its close, but as long as we can still vote them out I would urge everyone to remain calm, angry, but calm.

The posters on this forum are remaining rational and that's good, but elsewhere....... It's getting scary out there. I can't help but think that the most vocal about violence "solving" our left leaning stance in this country have never fired a shot in anger, nor have they seen the results of such violence. Beirut, Sarajevo, Gaza, If it's forced on me I'm all in, but lets resolve all our options first. I would NEVER be able to look my children in the eye if I didn't do everything possible to prevent such destruction.

Anyone else out there feel the same way or am I just being a putz?

Man, those Muslims sure are worried about what they eat. I went over there and all I heard was Alohaaaaa Snack-bar.

I think the elections recently answered that somewhat. Folks are real tired and if things dont "change' there will be some change soon. Not what I want but still alot looking real hard in that direction. I spend alot of time talking it down but I will fail soon if something doesnt give. And these aint the normal ranger rick gi joe wannabe's either, just plain ole folks.

Ayn Rand said: "The right to life is the source of all rights—and the right to property is their only implementation. Without property rights, no other rights are possible. Since man has to sustain his life by his own effort, the man who has no right to the product of his effort has no means to sustain his life. The man who produces while others dispose of his product, is a slave." I can't find any argument against that, and would be surprised if anyone else can find a sound one. Look at Obama talking about extending the tax cuts. I forget exactly how he phrased it, but he said he can't find any reason why it makes sense to "spend" 600 billion for tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires. I can: they earned it, and it is theirs. The fact that he refers to it as an expense to allow people to keep their money is quite telling. He has zero respect for the idea of individual property rights, whether for your money, your house, or anything else. The money you thought you worked for and earned, actually belongs to the state, according to Obama and the liberals, and the state has just decided to "spend" that money on you; in the form of letting you keep some of it. You had hopes and dreams about using that money for something, too bad. The State has decided to spend it on sanctuary cities, to encourage even more leaches to show up and participate in draining the productive among us. How long before it "makes no sense" for the state to let us keep enough money to take our family out to dinner once in a while, or buy a new pair of sunglasses, or shoes. How does it make sense for you have enough to eat twice a day when their our illegal aliens and other parasites that can only eat once a day? "I earned it" you say? That is rapidly becoming an INVALID ARGUMENT. It is becoming more and more established that we have no right to what we earn. Millionaires and Billionaires make easy targets initially, because wealth envy is a powerful thing, but it doesn't go away even when you destroy all the millionaires and billionaires, and all the job creating companies they own along with them. Then you have to move to the next group down the rung, until finally people hate the guy with a larger ration or rice. The State has votes to buy with that money you thought was yours. It doesn't matter that you contribute and they don't. FROM EACH ACCORDING TO HIS ABILITY TO EACH ACCORDING TO HIS NEED. If people don't start doing something soon to drastically change this slide from the basic premise for communism to it's implementation, which is gaining momentum as we speak, then there won't be much hope. We're facing dangerous times. The illegals and the other people who have no problem with the government taking more from you to give to them, simply because you have so much, definately don't have a problem with any type of violence, theft, or other morally wrong behavior. Think about that ideal: you have so much more than me, so it's O.K. to use force to take it away and give it to me. Sure, they use the government to do that for them, but there is no difference, fundamentally. So if you have anything they don't, they want it, and feel they have a right to. That is what the government is establishing. Some folks are bound to start recognizing this, finding to be unacceptable, reaching a breaking point, and then proceeding to vote from the rooftops. We're getting to a point where these recent election results will only do so much. A band aid on a slit jugular isn't going to fix the problem, and it wouldn't surprise me if otherwise normal people start reaching the point where have simply had enough and just say crew it. Who knows how bad things get at that point.

Perhaps our forefathers had a good idea when they originally allowed land owners to vote?
After all, it would fix alot of these entitlement congressman and presidents...

Or that one movie, I forget which, you are only a resident unless you serve in the military, at which time you become a civilian and have the right to vote...

I don't know, I just woke up, but man how can nobody else see that the number of free loaders or entitlement mentalities exceed the "I own what I earned" people.
