    All,

Most of us on this forum are Christians and even if you're not you will want to hear this. Amazon is selling "How To Pedophile" books. I realize this isn't preparedness related but I had to share this with you. I am personally boycotting them and won't be buying from them. We must stand up for children they are defenseless. We must defend them and protect them. To all the Veterans, you would willingly lay down your life to protect our freedoms will not also boycott a company that wants to make a profit off the exploitation and intentional endangerment of all children by knowingly selling books on how to abuse children? Stand with me and protect our children.

when the site owner found out he pulled it and cancelled the orders. from what i heard, he was furious.

apparently, anyone can sell a kindle book he wrote himself without it being reviewed. bet that changes now...

There are other books with this type of theme still on their website. Find the Anderson 360 report on this.

That book is no longer available at Amazon, but many more such books are. At first I was outraged, then I began thinking about 1st amendment rights not only protecting the s*** of the world but me, this forum, religious sites, etc.

I thought about this a long time, and believe that to teach people how to break the law, should be by definition "illegal". This is a very difficult issue. I know what's disgusting, you know what's disgusting, but will the nanny state ban me from protesting in Washington. Will they shut down web sites that don't share their world view.

What is more disturbing to me is that ANYONE would actually buy that book and other's like it. It speaks volumes about the moral decay of our society.

ahh bill of rights vs whats right, yep hopefully they will shut it down and all others THINGS that show how to break the law like books called "poor mans james bond" or ones that show you how to hide gold which your supposed to turn in when told or ones that show you how to make weapons which agencies can't control properly like potatoe cannons or live outside guidelines of the controlling national religion.
oooopps thats starting to sound a whole lot like big brother, wow doesn't take long to become one of "them"!
                slippery slope folks
BTW I don't like it either but then again I cant blame the foxnews for sex or youtube for violence or nbc for anti-religion or buck knives for the 4yr old stabbed to death here last week, place it where it goes

Matt sorry to hear about the 4 y/o... :(

but I do happen to have a couple of those Poor Man's James Bond books, somewhere, after 5 military moves, who knows where...
I thought they were rather amusing. Some of those things you can actually look at the drawing and say, NO WAY! I am not attempting that. LOL

I also read a few of those Haydukery books when I was a young young man... again, amusing...

Note I was talking about boycotting Amazon, not trampling the freedom of speech (a whole other topic). Voting with my wallet is one way for me to express my displeasure with a company. They have the choice to sell that stuff if they so choose and I also have the choice to never buy from them again. There are more of us that believe this is wrong to sell this type of material to easily hamper their profits if not shut them down. But the thing is we have to draw a line in the sand and say "Not on my watch!!". We have tolerated companies like this far too long. Oh how I long for the America of old, not that I remember her but I have a living history of her morals and values in my Grandparents.

                        "Not on my watch!!"

Reminds me when my little girl was having bad dreams and my (now ex) wife was comforting her.
Samantha: Mommy the monsters are going to get me.
Mommy: Honey nobody will ever hurt you.
Samantha: But what if the monsters come.
Mommy: Honey, as long as your Daddy is here nobody, no monster, no boogey man, nobody will ever hurt you.
Samantha: Thats because Daddy has a gun right Mommy?
Mommy: That, and your Dad would give his life to protect you.

Dad then peaks in the door... Samantha, Not On My Watch.
                        Samantha: But Daddy
                        Dad: Samantha..
Samantha: Yes Daddy, Not on your watch.

                        ********

It is funny how the littlest things can bring up a memory. Thank you elittle for bringing up a GREAT memory for me.

No problem Klayton. That is what our children need to know is that their parents won't let them come to harm. I am reading "Strong Father's Strong Daughters" by Dr. Meg Meeker right now, I have a 1 year old daughter, and it is giving me the rundown of what I need to do.

I am tired of Father's being portrayed as idiots on TV, how I remember the days of "Leave it to Beaver" or "Father Knows Best", too bad our culture has turned fathers into bumbling idiots and we think it doesn't have an impact on society.

elittle you are absolutely right. I noticed that over 5 years ago. Fathers on TV are protrayed as silly, uninformed, idiotic and someone thats easily fooled. I never watch these shows, but younger people do.
