If you think of the timing, it has taken the last 25-30 years of publix skool to produce/re-educate for pre-K to 4-8 years of kollege edumacation and now it is showing itself. They had to start fresh from pre-K and those kids are just now getting out. They needed all those years to program them. Starting with a 6th grader would not work as well....
