I'm reading a book by Joel Rosenberg, "The Twelfth Iman", which describes the Iranian nuclear program and the belief of Ahmadinejad that he has been called to prepare the way for the second coming of the 12th iman. This book is a novel, and Mr. Rosenberg is a very devout christian. He doesn't preach, however.
Anyway, I not finished yet, only about 1/2 through it and I'm already scared. It gives us an insight into radical islam.
It seems however, our Government is either planning something very covert, or they are simply going to let it happen. As pointed out in the book, this will seriously upset the balance of power in the middle east. Every stable and unstable country in the region will demand their own.
Iran, long our stated enemy, will continue to expand their nuclear program. They have already successfully tested the delivery rocket. I don't know what else they need to say.
I also wonder if BHO has put some serious pressure on Israel.
Either something covert is afoot, or we are living in the age of fools.
