We should be. It is a good example of what can happen here. No gas at the gas stations. No fuel for the trucks that deliver food to the grocery store. Mobs running in the streets. Public transit and airports not running like they should. Doesn't take lots of people to cripple a whole country. Wonder what Frenchy is eating? Too bad he probably doesn't have a means to protect himself and his family. Coming soon to your neighborhood?

It is even worse than you might think because Europeans shop daily for meals and do not keep any stored food or fuel and I never saw anyone like us over there in the 8yrs I was stationed there right across the border in Germany. They all think it is wasteful and silly. Aint no probably to the no means of protection, they invented liberal I think and even when they have means they have no will, just look at their history. They are about as tough as medicated cotton.
You are absolutley correct Gordon we need to watch them and greece and maybe Britain to based on what I saw tonight with budget cuts etc. I aint no fraidy cat but I remember the fuel crisis back in the day when you could only fuel on odd -even car tags days. I remember a guy beating the snot out of my moms car because he was freaking out and needing fuel. He'd be in deep stuff if he tried that now cause I aint no little kid anymore but it got ugly even then right here in the USA. Everytime I try to think life as I know it will continue, albeit inflationary, so that my 7yo daughter will enjoy the luxuries I have in this unsupportive USA dream economy, I get knocked back to reality by seeing the WORLD slowly self-destruct... And I start re-thinking through my preps to see where I have missed something and how far I still have to go...
Those French sicken me... They deserve everything they get... As do we I guess...
