    Even a good thing, like producing food can go bad, that is why diversification is good. Or as they say "don't put all your eggs in one basket".
    I think you ought if you can to diversify on things in some cir***stances.
    I remember reading a book about a farmer during the depression, he (and his family) made it through the depression working a garden (farm). He diversified so that one thing (like hogs) did not sell well, he made it on fruit and visa versa.

    That is the downside of being in American economics more than the downside of aquaculture. These farmers need to do what I have done with my fish, aquaponics. The fish provide the poop(fertilizer) for the plants and in turn the fish clean the water by breathing it and eating in it. This also helps produce good bacteria and fungi in the reservoir and growing medium. The agriculture industry is in need of a major revolution. The amount of effort necessary to grow our food is dropping drastically and simple infusions of plants and animals in a system can make the system more sustainable, cheaper, and profitable.
    All I need is a pocket knife, super silver, and some rope.
